WU Alumni Hub Budapest: 15th Anniversary - Summer Celebration

The Hungarian WU alumni community celebrated the 15th anniversary of the Budapest Hub at the Advantage Austria Summer Celebration on June 4.

Hub Manager Paul Binder has been organizing events at the Budapest Hub for a decade and a half, and brought the alumni together for this year's anniversary. At the invitation of WU alumnus and Austrian economic delegate Philipp Schramel, the occasion was celebrated at the Foreign Trade Center's summer party.

In his opening speech, Paul Binder outlined the development of the Hub and gave a brief overview of past events. These included expert lectures on economic and management-related topics as well as various company tours. The photo show in the WU Alumni Corner also provided an overview with numerous impressions of past events. The approximately 30 alumni who attended the event were able to network with each other in the Corner, and also had the opportunity to network with the Austrian business community in the garden of Advantage Austria.
