Prerequisite:
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Ambition and commitment
- Networking events are an essential part of the mentoring program. Participation in the events is therefore a prerequisite.
Program duration: 1 year
Application period: September 02 - 29, 2024
Pitch: Monday, November 11, 2024, 5:30-8:00 p.m.
Kick-off event: Thursday, November 21, 2024, 6:00-9:00 p.m.
2-stage application process
Step 1 - The online application
- Candidates are pre-selected by the project management and an external mentoring consultant on the basis of the online application. The online application contains information on the professional situation, clarity of professional goals and the comprehensibility of motivation and commitment to participation, including the willingness of future mentees to contribute to the mutual exchange of knowledge and experience.
Step 2 - The pitch
- Approximately 4 weeks after the application deadline, you will be informed by e-mail whether you will be invited to the pitch. To participate in the mentoring program, you must attend the pitch - please bear this in mind when you apply.
- The candidates selected after the online application will take part in the pitch to convince the mentors. Questions will be discussed in 2-minute interviews. The mentees are then selected by the mentors themselves.
- You will find out whether you will be accepted as a mentee in the one-year mentoring program after the pitch. If you are accepted into the program, you will also be invited to a kick-off event.
- Unfortunately, places are limited - if you are not selected at the pitch, you will be given the opportunity for a one-off interview with one of the mentors.
