WU Graduation Party 2026

The WU Graduation Party is the joint graduation celebration for all graduates of WU’s bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral/PhD, and MBA programs who have successfully completed their studies since January 2025.

On 13 November 2026, the Mensa on Campus WU will host the WU Graduation Party. Look forward to an evening that takes you on a journey through your time at WU – from your first day on campus to your graduation. Together, we’ll relive special memories from your time as a student, celebrate your achievements, and toast the beginning of a new chapter.

Organized by WU Alumni and ÖH WU, the Graduation Party is a thank-you for your dedication and everything you’ve accomplished during your studies – and at the same time, a celebration of the transition from your studies to the next phase of your life.

Half of the net proceeds from the WU Graduation Party will go to the WU Alumni Fund and half to the ÖH WU Social Fund. By contributing, you’ll be supporting students facing challenges, fostering talent, and strengthening research, teaching, and innovation at WU.

Photos and videos will be taken during the event.

We will process your data for documentation, public relations purposes, and to provide information about our offerings, particularly for follow-up reporting. This is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) of the GDPR (performance of public tasks, in conjunction with §3(11) of the UG: public relations). The photos and videos may be published on websites, social media, publications, and/or print media for public relations purposes.
