WU Alumni Get-together

Thank you for your interest. Due to high demand, all places are already fully booked and no further registrations are possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to one of our next events!

Title: WU Alumni Get-together 

Date & Time: April 16, 2026, from 6 p.m. 

Location: DAS CAMPUS, Building D2, Campus WU 

New format, familiar spirit: The "WU Alumni Stammtisch" is now the "WU Alumni Get-together." We look forward to seeing you again!

Program 

  • 5:30 p.m. (sharp): Meeting point for the optional campus tour
    Campus WU, Building EA (entrance area) 
    Duration: approx. 1 hour
  • From 6:00 p.m.: Networking at DAS CAMPUS 
    Campus WU, Building D2  
    Duration: approx. 2 hours

If you like, you can start with the campus tour and discover WU from new perspectives. Afterwards, we will have a toast with a complimentary welcome drink at a campus restaurant and end the evening with good conversation.

No time for the tour? You are also welcome to join us for the networking event only.

Please note: 

  • If you would like to take the campus tour, please indicate this in the "Comments/Notes" field on the registration form. 
  • The tour starts promptly at 5:30 p.m., and unfortunately, it is not possible to join late. We look forward to seeing you at the networking event at the restaurant around 6:00 p.m. 
  • The tour is limited to 30 people. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • The event will take place regardless of the weather. 

Photos for public relations

Photos will be taken during the event.

We will process your data for documentation, public relations purposes, and to provide information about our offerings, particularly for follow-up reporting. This is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) of the GDPR (performance of public tasks, in conjunction with §3(11) of the UG: public relations). The photos may be published on websites, social media, publications, and/or print media for public relations purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographers on site.
