WU Alumni Get-together

New location, familiar format: The "WU Alumni Get-together" takes place in the newly opened WU Community Lounge, the future meeting hub for alumni events on Campus WU. 

Program 

• 5:00 p.m. (sharp)

  Meeting point for the optional campus tour
  Campus WU, Entrance area building TC
  Duration: approx. 1 hour

• 6:00 p.m.

  Meeting point for the Get-together 
  Campus WU, Entrance area building EA

• from 6:00 p.m.

  Welcome at the WU Community Lounge and networking
  Duration: approx. 2 hours

If you like, you can start with the campus tour and discover WU from new perspectives. Afterwards, we will have a toast with a drinks and snacks in our WU Community Lounge and end the evening with good conversation.

No time for the tour? You are also welcome to join us for the networking event only.

 

Please note: 

• Please select the programm you want to participate in our registration form. 
• The tour starts promptly at 5:00 p.m., and unfortunately, it is not possible to join late. We look forward to seeing you at the networking event in the Community Lounge around 6:00 p.m. 
• If you are able to join only after 6:00 p.m. please meet us directly in the WU Community Lounge.
• The tour is limited to 30 people. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• The event will take place regardless of the weather. 

 

Photos for public relations

Photos will be taken during the event.

We will process your data for documentation, public relations purposes, and to provide information about our offerings, particularly for follow-up reporting. This is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) of the GDPR (performance of public tasks, in conjunction with §3(11) of the UG: public relations). The photos may be published on websites, social media, publications, and/or print media for public relations purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographers on site.
