WU Ball 2027

To the ball ticket sale

The WU Ball is a highlight of Vienna’s ball season, and we offer exclusive benefits to WU alumni.

As a WU graduate, you have the opportunity to purchase discounted ball tickets and enjoy access to the WU Alumni Lounge at the WU Ball.

Purchasing information

• Regular ticket sale: You can purchase discounted ball tickets using your personal discount code, which we will send you by email until October 27.
• Presale: If you would also like to reserve seats for an additional fee, you can purchase discounted ball tickets during the presale, starting October 28, 2026.
• Sale: If you would like to purchase tickets without seats, you use the sale on November 4, 2026.

You will receive your personal discount code from us by email until October 27.

Important information about purchasing tickets

• Two discounted tickets per code: Your personal discount code allows you to purchase two discounted ball tickets: one for yourself and one for a guest of your choice. Your guest does not need to be a WU graduate.
• One-time use: The discount code can only be used once. If you wish to purchase two discounted tickets, please make sure to buy both in the same transaction.
• Limited availability: Discounted ball tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Early ticket purchase recommended: Due to the expected high demand, we recommend purchasing your tickets as soon as the respective ticket sales begin.

WU Alumni Lounge

All WU alumni who have purchased a ball ticket will have access to the exclusive WU Alumni Lounge at the WU Ball.

Further details about the lounge will be sent to all ball ticket purchasers by email a few days before the WU Ball.
